pthatcher has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-rtptransport: == Clarify RTCP use of Use Case 1 == Currently the Use Case 1 explainer has RtcpPacket (and RtcpPacketInit) defined, but not used. And it mentions custom NACK in the scenarios, but there is nothing in the API for custom NACK. One way forward would be to remove the RtcpPacket from the Use Case 1 Explainer and also the lines about custom NACK and save both for those for a different use case explainer.
