In WebCodecs it appears [an event may be added](https://github.com/w3c/webcodecs/issues/604#issuecomment-1460802557), which may be considered less privacy harmful than powerEfficient[Encoder/Decoder] [in stats](https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-stats/#dom-rtcoutboundrtpstreamstats-powerefficientencoder).

Can we add similar events to RTCRtpSender? @aboba
