henbos has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-extensions: == Make RTCRtpHeaderExtensionCapability attributes required == Fixes #144. - The manual "is missing" checks are no longer needed because WebIDL ensures required for us. - The default value "sendrecv" is not needed, removed because required attributes may not have defaults.
