Revised WEBRTC WG meeting schedule for TPAC: September 12, 2023

On September 12, 2023 the WEBRTC WG will be meeting at TPAC 2023 from 11:30 - 16:30 Seville time:

The meeting will include two sessions separated by a 1 hour lunch break.  The first session will be 90 minutes, the second will be 150 minutes, for a total of 4 hours of meeting time.
