Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish a First Public Working Draft of "Viewport Capture"

This is an announcement of a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) of "Viewport Capture".

In response, please state one of the following:

The CfC will last until Wednesday May 11, 2022 at midnight Pacific time.
