Mediacapture transform issues are now on mediacapture-extensions repo from Harald Alvestrand on 2021-10-19 (public-webrtc@w3.org from October 2021)

As you all have seen, the mediacapture-transform spec proposal 
previously hosted on w3c/mediacapture-transform has moved back to its 
previous location at github.com/alvestrand/mediacapture-transform.

Since discussion on WEBRTC items should be happening in a w3c-owned bug 
tracker by preference, the chairs are recommending that issues related 
to the choice of features for the eventually-adopted 
mediacapture-transform spec are raised on the mediacapture-extensions repo.
