[mediacapture-image] Pull Request: Fix dictionary name and minus sign typos

== Fix dictionary name and minus sign typos ==
This fixes to typos:
 - the double constraint dictionary type is `ConstrainDoubleRange` not `ConstrainDouble` which is the name of the typedef.
 - The pan and tilt value range lower bounds should be -180\*3600 instead of en dash 180\*3600.
