kdeqc has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/mst-content-hint: == PING Review == Hi - The only real concern about this from a privacy review prospective is that the Security and Privacy questionnaire is not very robust. We'd like to see the details and/or use cases considered for potential situations for how this hint might be abused. It would also be helpful to include any reasons to discount any potential privacy or security issues. For example, while I don't think this is information will exacerbate fingerprinting, it would be good to see it addressed as an issue. Or, for a more creative example, could having content hints make it easier for malignant parties to find media content to spoof/fake a video or sound recording? More details about the things that have been considered would be very helpful.
