== New audio acquisition constraints ==
It was pointed out that [PR 664 ](https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-main/pull/664) has no associated issue.  This is the (placeholder) issue for that PR. 

Problem Statement

Existing applications based on WebRTC (such as the Amazon Echo) have added support for audio acquisition instructions beyond the current ones (echo cancellation, automatic gain control, etc.). 

The goal of this issue is to articulate the requirements and provide references (such as ETSI specifications) that define what needs to be done to satisfy them.
