I've added the following session proposal to the Wednesday TPAC schedule:

This is a proposal I've been working on for some time (I mentioned it to
a few of you in Montreal) to allow us to insert media processing
elements into the media pipeline of a PeerConnection by leveraging the
WebCodec interface in the form of a dependency injection.

I'm working on the explainer that's linked in the proposal as we speak -
so if it changes while you are looking, don't be surprised!
