TPAC meeting: Thursday and Friday?

As is traditional, the W3C is asking us to name either Monday/Tuesday or
Thursday/Friday as our meeting days for TPAC week.

The chairs are suggesting Thursday/Friday (September 19 and 20).

If anyone has a strong argument for changing this, please speak up ASAP.
