== Add clarification for overconstrained constraints evaluation. ==
The spec is currently unclear as of which constraints should be
evaluated when a new configuration is retrieved. We should consider
relevant for OverconstrainedErrorEvent only those changes that do not
comply with the basic constraints provided.
