Thanks to incredible efforts from everyone, a new (and what I expect to
be the last) Candidate Recommendation release of the WebRTC API has been
published today:

This Candidate Recommendation incorporates fixes to all of our known
substantive issues - the focus of the group for the next couple of
months will be to demonstrate it has sufficient implementation
experience and interoperability to request transition of the spec to
Proposed Recommendation, the penultimate stage before finalization as a
W3C Recommendation.

Thank you to all who have helped reaching this important milestone!
