Re: Slides for TPAC Discussion

I won't be able to make it to TPAC, but as a startup having built our
business on WebRTC, I'd like to express that we care a lot about
interoperable implements in browsers and about making the current
functionality reliable, such as screensharing, autoplay, states and proxy
handling.

New future functionality is nice to have.
