Based on the discussion on the mailing list, it would appear that "ICE Transport Extensions for WebRTC" does not have consensus for adoption as a WEBRTC WG document at this time.

To develop consensus on the direction for ICE-related APIs, time will be allocated at the Face-to-Face meeting in Stockholm.
