All,

based on the feedback received we've updated the proposed charter [1] 
for our continued work. (As you know the current one [2] expires March 
this year.)

Our target is to send it to the Advisory Committee for approval after 
the VI next week [3] (where we will discuss it) given we don't hear 
objections.
