Adoption of Content Hints editors draft

Hi,

Last month, the Chairs ran a call for consensus to adopt
MediaStreamTrack Content Hints as a WG deliverable [1], which concluded
successfully.

As a result, the repository for that specification has been migrated to
the W3C org on github at:
  https://w3c.github.io/mst-content-hint/
in accordance with the WICG intent to migrate process [2].

Harald has agreed to shepherd the document for the time being, but the
chairs are looking for active contributors to the document and possible
future editors. Please raise issues (and ideally, matching pull
requests) on the repository:
  https://github.com/w3c/mst-content-hint/issues

The repository has been added to our various notifications and digests
for public-media-capture, and is linked from our Working Group home page
  https://www.w3.org/2011/04/webrtc/
