alvestrand has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-stats:

== Consider the Reporting API as a stats export mechanism ==
The following WICG spec:

https://wicg.github.io/reporting/

defines a way in which a site can ask for reports of certain events to be delivered to an endpoint of their choice.

We might want to consider either this or an extension of this for a mechanism whereby stats can be delivered to an endpoint without having to write polling Javascript in the active page to achieve it.
