Chairs,

I am pleased to re-appoint Harald Alvestrand (Google) as a co-chair of
the Web Real-Time Communications Working Group [1] effective immediately.

Harald will join back Stefan Hakansson (Ericsson) and Bernard Aboba
(Microsoft) - Harald had stepped down in April as he was starting a
6-month sabbatical.

This announcement follows section 5.1 of the W3C Process Document [2].
