All,

we're glad to announce that Jan-Ivar Bruaroey is now part of the
editing teams for mediacapture-main and webrtc-pc.

As you all know, Jan-Ivar has made a lot of contributions to both specs 
for several years, and we're very happy he has accepted to become part 
of the editing teams.
