[webrtc-pc] RTCPriorityType text is outdated

alvestrand has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc:

== RTCPriorityType text is outdated ==
The current text on RTCPriorityType says, for instance, that "low:	See [RTCWEB-TRANSPORT], Section 4. Corresponds to "normal" as defined in [RTCWEB-DATA]."

But https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-rtcweb-transports-17#section-4 has been updated to use the same terminology as webrtc-pc, so the "Corresponds to" part can now be deleted.
