In https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-stats/issues/189, Jan-Ivar has
suggested restructuring the stats for media stream tracks.

This would make no visible change for stats about the local end of the
media stream track, but would change the names of the stats objects
describing the remote end of the media stream track, which is a breaking
change.

Please comment on the issue.
