Virtual interim re-schedule: September

In looking at the response to the virtual interim Doodle poll, it appears that many WG participants are not available for potential dates in late July/early August.  This includes a WG chair and editor, several participants who would be presenting as well as members of the W3C staff who assist in the managing the meeting.

We are therefore going to be posting another Doodle poll for Virtual Interim dates in September, which will hopefully have better availability.
