taylor-b has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-stats: == Unclear which framerate "framePerSecond" represents == Current definition is: "It represents the nominal FPS value." But we're unclear on which FPS value this is referring to. Is it the video source's, the MediaStreamTrack's, or the RtpSender's? Example: 1. Camera produces 60 frames per second. 2. MediaStreamTrack constraints bring it down to 30. 3. RtpSender parameters (degradation preferences or maxFramerate) bring it down further, to 15. What should go in framesPerSecond? 60, 30 or 15? @vr000m, do you remember what the original intention was?
