Hi all,

https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-main/issues/404 is about reviving
URL.createObjectURL(mediaStream), which was removed from the spec but still
remain in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

Please comment on the issue if you have feedback/concerns.
