Discussion about MTI and extending Stats

Hi,

At the last TPAC in Sapporo, we postponed discussing the following, they
are:

1. Where to document the MTI metrics?
2. Assuming we decide on an MTI list and a list of additional metrics. What
would be the procedure to add metrics to any of those lists, or move them
from additional metrics to MTI.
