The last VI (virtual interim) was largely a success as we addressed several issues, created PRs for what was needed and we actually finished 30 mins early! Issues covered: Slides: https://www.w3.org/2011/04/webrtc/wiki/images/5/50/WebRTCWG-2016-02-25.pdf 296: Debugging ICE problems needs more info We agreed on Total Round Trip Time and count running total of responses and retransmissions. Bernard to formulate a PR for this. 332: Timing of ICE gathering >From Adam B: Most of the things brought up here was addressed by #510. I've also pushed an additional commit to deal with the last point (about using candidate pool size). Issue Closed, PR #510 was merged 442: Impossible to know if ICE agent is "finished checking", for "failed" and "completed" states. WG agreed; that we would proceed according to Taylor's "Option A" (see slide 17). ... the idea is to delay "completed" and "failed" until both local and remote are done ... this would match what's in ORTC PR #527 created by Taylor 457: Non-normative ICE state transition diagram Progress made, more work in progress 483: Signaling a=end-of-candidates WG Agreed; Yes, we will signal end-of-candidates Covered by PR #527 In an effort to track the issues / PRs we have discussed in the last VI, I have added a label. Wiki / Minutes / Slides: https://www.w3.org/2011/04/webrtc/wiki/February_25_2016 Unfortunately, the recording for the meeting corrupted and was lost. We will do better for the next meeting.
