nils-ohlmeier has just created a new issue for
https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc:

== Clarify ICE consent freshness feedback ==
When implementing [RFC 7665](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7675) it
is not very well defined how the different state transitions from that
RFC get reported back through the PeerConnection APIs.
