aboba has just created a new issue for
https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc:

== Event when a transceiver is stopped via remote action ==
If the remote peer has sent an Offer with an m-line having a zero
port, when setRemoteDescription is called, the local transceiver will
be stopped. Is there an event provided, or does the application have
to check transceiver.stopped?

Please view or discuss this issue at
