Vivien Lacourba as additional W3C staff contact

Hi all,

As some of you may know or have noticed, and in light of the importance 
of the work our group is pushing, W3C management has decided to increase 
the W3C staff time on the WebRTC Working Group, and my colleague Vivien 
Lacourba (vivien@w3.org) will be now acting as an additional staff 
contact for the group.
