A new dated version of the Editors' draft is available.

Changes include:


     * Properly define the negotiationneeded event, and its interactions 
with other API calls.
     * Add support for RTCRtpSender and RTCRtpReceiver.
     * Update misleading local/RemoteDescription attribute text.
     * Add RTCBundlePolicy.
     * All callback-based methods have been moved to a legacy section, 
and replaced by same-named overloads using Promises instead.
     * [PR #194] Added first version of Security Considerations (more 
work needed)
