In http://w3c.github.io/webrtc-pc/#dictionary-rtcconfiguration-members 
'certificates' is a set, and the PeerConnection selects which 
certificate to use.

Does this mean that the SDP would have one 'a=fingerprint' line per 
certificate in the set?
