Meeting times for the September 9-10th face to face

Hi all,

we're working on a draft agenda. We plan to have the meeting go on 
between 9am and 5:30pm on both days (if you need to know for your travel 
arrangements).

Proposals for topics to add to the agenda are welcome.

some more info (such as venue and suitable hotels) available.
