Ergo, ORTC is a lower-level API. I'v been using the term "fine grain API" for ORTC as it seemed less loaded with good / bad connotations but I don't really care what it's called as long as we understand it. (Using object oriented API seems to cause confusion as the WebRTC 1.0 api is also an object oriented)
