Since it's one of the pieces we have agreement to add to the spec, we
either have to abandon it or add it before we Last Call the getusermedia
spec.

So I think it's pretty important.

FWIW, all Chrome folks I have talked to like it, but they'd like someone
else to do the spec first, so that they don't have to reverse-engineer
Mozilla's implementation to be compatible.
