Stats: TransportStats and Component merged.

As agreed in Washington DC, I've merged the Component and Transport 
stats record.

If RTP and RTCP are not multiplexed, there will be a 
rtcpTransportStatsId in the RTCTransportStats giving the ID of another 
RTCTransportStats where the stats for RTCP will be given.

If they are multiplexed, this will be missing.
