It seems to me that it's information that could be exposed via the RTPSender / RTPReceiver interface (which I can't find the drafts for at the moment), it doesn't seem to map well to a concept that's generic enough to be right for incorporating into the MediaStreamTrack model. Could you try to create a specific suggestion based on the RTPReceiver proposal? -- Surveillance is pervasive. Go Dark.
