I think TURN auth errors need to be dealt with in the current spec before it can be called done.

I agree with this. Any major error condition needs to somehow be reported
to the programmer.

I put a note at https://www.w3.org/2011/04/webrtc/wiki/Missing_for_real_services that it should be moved up to v1.
