TPAC 2013: Nov 18-22 in Shenzhen

Hi,

The dates and locations of the next Technical Plenary week of meetings
have been announced: TPAC 2013 will be the week of Nov 18 to 22, in
Shenzhen, China (hosted by Tencent).

While the group hasn't decided yet whether we will have a F2F during
TPAC this year, based on past years, it seems likely that we would, so I
would encourage to reserve these dates in your calendar.
