Hi

A new version of the editor's draft is available.

Changes include:
     Removed synchronous section left-overs.
     RTCIceServer now accepts multiple URLs.
     Redefined the meaning of negotiated for DataChannel.
     Made iceServers a sequence (instead of an Array).
     Updated error reporting (to use DOMError and camel cased names).
     Added success and failure callbacks to addIceCandidate().
     Made local/remoteDescription attributes nullable.
     Added username member to RTCIceServer dictionary.
