[Bug 19731] New: wrong transition description between "checking" and "connected" in 4.4.3

in 4.4.3, in the transition state diagram, transition description between
"checking" and "connected" is "Checks complete", in fact, it should be "Found
usable connection for each component".If "Checks complete", the iceState should
go to "Completed".

Please fix this to avoid confusion.
