          Priority: P2
            Bug ID: 19731
                CC: public-webrtc@w3.org
          Assignee: public-webrtc@w3.org
Summary: wrong transition description between "checking" and
                    "connected" in 4.4.3
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows NT
          Reporter: eric.sun@huawei.com
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
           Version: unspecified
         Component: WebRTC API
           Product: WebRTC Working Group

in 4.4.3, in the transition state diagram, transition description between
"checking" and "connected" is "Checks complete", in fact, it should be "Found
usable connection for each component".If "Checks complete", the iceState should
go to "Completed".

Please fix this to avoid confusion.
