Please consult before filing bugs

Eric,

while we are happy with all contributions, filing issues that we have 
already discussed on the list in the bug tracker contributes noise to 
the list and overhead to our work, without that much benefit.

For instance, the rename from DataChannel to RTCDataChannel has already 
been agreed upon, and the editors have taken action on it in the 
forthcoming revision.

If, as it seems, you have made a review of the draft and made comments, 
it may be best to post the whole review as a message to the list, and we 
can pick up the things that need a little more discussion from there.
