webrtc f2f: updated agenda proposal

Dear WG,

we've updated the agenda proposal to focus more on the most important
questions (those discussed at the IETF interim, and having impact on
architecture and security). So the below is the new proposal. The chairs
have asked some persons to submit to the list input on some of the
topics below by Wednesday this week. The purpose of this is to allow for
read up and digestion before the meeting, which can hopefully improve
the discussions and the efficiency at the actual meeting.

As always, comments and feedback is greatly appreciated!
