New version of Editor's Draft

Hi All,

I've published a new version of the editor's draft for PeerConnection. 
You can find it at the usual place: 
http://dev.w3.org/2011/webrtc/editor/webrtc.html

The big change is this version is the removal of the MediaStream 
definiton (it now lives in the getUserMedia spec), and we've added some 
notes on the network specific aspects of MediaStreams and how they're 
expected to behave.
