I wrote up some ideas on how one could specify resolution negotiation in
SDP for the RTCWEB usecase, and sent this to the RTCWEB mailing list.
It has some text that addresses the mapping between the SDP resolution
negotiation and the WEBRTC "constraints" API proposal, which might be of
interest to participants here who don't participate in RTCWEB otherwise.
