Re: Call for consensus for FPWD

To clarify, this is only a call for agreement that we can publish a FPWD.  By definition, the Draft itself *DOES NOT* reflect consensus yet.  As Stefan mentioned, though, if you feel strongly that one or more portions are hotly contested, please suggest appropriate notes to insert into the document itself to call extra attention to those sections.
