It's entirely possible that users expecting to figure out which tracks are which from information in the SDP indicates that the users have a need to do this. At the moment I think they can do that if they allocate each track to a stream (because streams have transferred IDs). Either deprecating the stream concept or decorrelating the track IDs in the spec may have been a mistake, I'm not sure which.
