> I'll add a WPT that ensures addTrack+SLD does not create stats and try to find a better name for the two existing tests. Maybe because at SLD(offer) time they are just pending being offered, but the encoders aren't configured until SRD(answer)? I haven't checked if this is the explanation but I think so; we should make this very clear in the spec exactly when they show up.
