This also means that the server do not really have the option to not take "the hit" (unknown size) unless they act as DTLS client during the negotiation which should be worse than "the hit". So we're down to "browsers rollout" but can we still have the stats? This allows services to measure "grouped by dtlsGroup we see much higher setup latency".
