I doubt that's needed. As you said, _"tracks are useless on workers except for this API"_. If MST transfer is detected, it seems reasonable to assume some purpose awaits these tracks in the worker. This works [in the only current implementation](https://webkit.org/blog/15443/news-from-wwdc24-webkit-in-safari-18-beta/#webrtc): _"WebKit for Safari 18 beta adds support for MediaStreamTrack processing in a dedicated worker."_ This seems like a property worth emulating. I've added [a note](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1749543#c2) to Firefox's implementation bug to do the same.
